What kind of videos will my child watch?
Your child will watch a combination of animated videos and me presenting phonics mini lessons. Below is a sample of both. To maintain engagement, no video is ever more than 5 minutes long. And remember, these videos are in addition to the direct instruction videos your child will enjoy of Ms. Guillory teaching them how to take their new sounds and use them to read words.
Each new sound is introduced through a short story. Then students watch Ms. Guillory teach a hand motion to help them remember the sound.
After every 3-4 sounds your child learns through the animated cartoons, they’ll then encounter my mini reading lessons to show them how to take their new sounds and read words.
Each week, students are introduced to a new set of sight words to memorize. Their reading workbook will give them more opportunities to practice reading their new words.

Meet Our Founder
Rebecca Guillory is an educator with 15+ years experience working in education.
Starting as a fourth grade teacher, her commitment to professional development and attention to detail led her to excel in many roles including: Reading Interventionist, Curriculum Writer, Instructional Specialist, and Assistant Principal. She also worked with Dr. Carolyn Denton at the Children's Learning Institute to create reading comprehension intervention curriculum for schools across Texas.
Rebecca founded her own literacy intervention company and consulted with large school districts to train reading teachers and design phonics curriculum. She later expanded her company to include instructional coaching for teachers in every subject area.
Rebecca obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and her Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston. She’s always looking for opportunities to create resources and services to help others.
You can usually find Rebecca flipping through a good book, dancing while driving (shoulder moves only, of course), and giving cuddles to her former street dog (who indeed, thinks he’s king of the house), Max Galito.
